House on the Rock Engagement Shoot

If you know Paige and Mac then it makes sense why they chose The House on the Rock for their engagement shoot. It’s one of their favorite places to go– especially Paige–she’s wanted to do this shoot for years. Mind you this is the same couple who got engaged in a haunted house! And they were fully committed. Paige had her hair stylist Melissa come over at 7 in the morning followed by the 2 hour commute to Spring Green, WI.

I’m still trying to wrap my mind around some of the things I saw at House on the Rock. It’s easily the most bizarre place I’ve ever been. If you’ve never been there to sum it up, it’s a gigantic eerie collection with strange machines, carpet on everything, and includes the Infinity Room, which is a hallway hundreds of feet long that tapers to a knife’s point 15 stories over a forest floor. It only gets stranger the more time you spend inside. Thanks so much Paige and Mac for hiring me and exposing me to this unique location! Can’t wait for your upcoming wedding! Congrats!
