When I met up with Matt to plan out the proposal. It was so sweet, he didn’t seem to mind that the forecast had a high percent chance for rain. So we planned that I would be standing in the park and he would ask me to take a photo of them. That’s when he turned to Alyssa and got down on one knee. She said YES!
